Clients often tell me that their dermatologist just didn’t have the time to spend with them to help them really understand what’s happening with their skin. That’s where estheticians like me come in! Clear skin is possible! Takes dedication to self-care and lots of communication, but it’s do-able!

I have been a victim of acne for 13 years. I have seen so many dermatologist it is unreal. I have tried so many acne fighting products, and nothing seems to help. I am printing out your acne tips, framing it and then hanging it in my bathroom. And I will be taking serious note about what foods to avoid! Thank you so much, I will keep you updated on my progress fighting acne.

The salt/acne connection is interesting. Awesome thing is, it’s not really that difficult to cut back. Just eat a piece of fruit instead of those salty peanuts. Eat real food instead of processed food. Just simple steps. For people with acne, every little thing you can do toward controlling outbreaks, the better. You’re doing great, girl!

Carol!! Dang, I wished I lived closer. Do you also address aging skin care? I wish skin care had been more out in the open when we were kids, besides rubbing some noxzema on it & our mothers telling us to get off of the french fries & get those bangs off your face. Acne can be so shameful & cause more than just skin damage.

Then again, nothing was out in the open, was it???
